FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. When and where is the Yacht Party?
The BEN Mega Yacht Party: Excellence in Black will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025, aboard the $40M SeaFair Mega Yacht, docked in Downtown Miami (100 Chopin Plaza).
2. What’s the dress code?
We’re asking all guests to come in black cocktail, evening, or formal wear to align with the theme Excellence in Black. Think elegant, upscale, and red-carpet ready. Formal wear is desired but not required — tuxedos and gowns are welcome, but stylish black dresses, suits, jumpsuits, or other elevated looks are just as fitting for the evening.
3. What’s included with my ticket?
General Admission ($250–$300 depending on purchase date): Access to all decks, entertainment (DJ on the Skydeck, karaoke, Benji Awards, photo activations), and premium cash bars.
VIP Upgrade (+$99): Priority boarding, exclusive VIP lounge, curated food and drink offerings, access to the pre-boarding VIP party, and — most importantly — exclusive networking opportunities with top industry leaders in an intimate setting.
4. Are tickets refundable or transferable?
Refunds are available through August 19, 2025, minus a $25 processing fee. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
After that date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance, but tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest at no additional charge.
To request a transfer, simply contact our team with the new guest’s full name and email address so we can update the registration.
VIP upgrades are also transferable, but please note that VIP access is limited and cannot be refunded once purchased.
5. Do I need to be an eXp Realty agent to attend?
No! While the event is powered by the Black eXp Network (BEN), the Yacht Party is open to everyone — agents, guests, friends, and colleagues from across the industry. BEN exists to advocate for Black agents and consumers in the real estate marketplace, but our celebrations are designed to bring people together. This event is about inclusivity, excellence, and connection across the entire real estate community.
6. Is the Yacht Party invite-only or exclusive to certain groups?
Not at all. This is an inclusive celebration that welcomes all who want to experience a night of elegance, networking, and culture. The theme Excellence in Black honors the excellence and contributions of Black professionals in real estate, while creating a space where everyone can connect, celebrate, and be part of the experience.
7. Can I upgrade to VIP after purchasing a General Admission ticket?
Yes! Many guests asked for this option, so we’ve made the VIP Experience Add-On available for just $99. This upgrade unlocks exclusive perks including priority boarding, access to the private VIP lounge, elevated food and beverage offerings, and intimate networking opportunities with industry leaders.

8. Is there transportation provided to the yacht?
Yes! We’re offering a convenient charter bus service so you can arrive in style without the hassle of parking. Simply select the VIP Charter option when you purchase your ticket.
